Robert Groffier Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Amoureuses 2020

★Vinous 95-97pts
The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1er Cru comes from 80-years old vines that was harvest over five morning, one hour each day and vinified in the same vat of course. Blended with 50% whole bunch and matured in 25% new oak, it has a well-defined bouquet with rose petals, red berry fruit, just a very faint hints of menthol in the far distance. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grain tannins, fresh and vibrant, lightly spiced towards the finish that feels linear and strict. This Amoureuses does not want to give too much away at the moment but the length in the mouth cannot be denied and augurs well for the future. 資料來源 Vinous - Neal Martin
 

【Robert Groffier 羅伯葛菲酒莊】
於19世紀創立的家族酒莊，坐落在Morey-St-Denis，酒莊除了兩塊頂級園之外，最出名的莫過於 Les Amoureuses愛侶園 （也是愛侶園的最大地主，在這塊僅有五公頃大小的葡萄園裡佔盡1/5的土地），愛侶園雖是一級園，但品質優於眾多頂級園。在Bonnes Mares旁有另外有塊一級園Les Sentiers (小Bonnes Mares)，在Les Amoureuses旁有一級園Les Hauts Doix (小愛侶園)，品質接近相鄰的名園，各自風采顯見。現任莊主Nicolas Groffier，年少成名，釀造酒款整體風格穩定且優雅，開瓶即能獲得口齒間的愉悅感，以華麗迷人的風格收穫了一大批鐵粉。
