✔2015 年是香檳的一個非凡年份，也是自 2012 年以來最好的年份，其出類拔萃的原因來自是高豔陽的日照從5月下旬到8月中旬炎熱乾燥天氣的氣候，將葡萄的成熟度推向了極致，釀出了濃郁、豪華、濃郁的葡萄酒，這些偉大的年份香檳在精緻的口感中體現出它們的個性特點，可以等待時間去沉澱淬鍊。

✔Pol Roger 的 2015 年份香檳以來自Montagne de Reim 和Côte des Blancs 20 處頂級和一級葡萄園，經過6年窖藏時間限量生產。香氣展現礦物味，優雅且複雜，散發白色花朵的香氣。精緻充滿活力，細緻烘烤香氣更顯平衡和複雜度。富有表現力且充滿新鮮感，口感圓潤優雅。略帶刺激的品質襯托出奶油蛋捲、糕點和吐司的味道，以及甘草和乾果的味道。

保羅傑酒莊來自於法國香檳區的阿依（Aÿ），創立於1849年 Epernay，在短短的半世紀裡隨即嶄露頭角，成為最負盛名的香檳酒商之一。歷經五代傳承160年的歷史至今，現由家族第六代－ Hubert de Billy 領導。酒莊擁有綿延七公里、深達地下三層的酒窖裡，隨時儲有750萬瓶香檳正在進行熟成。產量方面，相較香檳區的大酒廠雖並不算大，然而酒莊之名氣聲望，在香檳區卻名列前矛。
酒莊與英國皇室的交誼相當深厚，前首相邱吉爾最愛的香檳，就屬 Champagne Pol Roger。酒莊甚至在1984年推出一款以首相邱吉爾而命名的香檳---Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill。英國皇室查爾斯王子婚宴也使用保羅傑香檳。

After the pillowy, chiseled 2013, Pol Roger's 2015 Brut Blanc de Blancs is cut from richer, broader cloth. Offering up aromas of crisp golden orchard fruit, white flowers and subtle hints of warm biscuits, it's full-bodied, broad and vinous, with a fleshy core of fruit, lively acids and a precise, chalky finish. In style, it's reminiscent of a somewhat more sun-kissed version of the 2012 rendition.
